Abstract
Турбинная система для силы ветра и/или воды, причем радиальные турбины содержат установленный с возможностью вращения вокруг оси ротор, включающий в себя одну или несколько лопастей, причем лопасти ориентированы параллельно ротору и расположены внутри расположенной концентрично вокруг оси цилиндрической оболочки с внешним радиусом R1 и внутренним радиусом R2, отличается тем, что лопасти имеют определенную геометрию и расположены две ориентированные рядом друг с другом и параллельно радиальные турбины (1, 2), которые соединены между собой с возможностью поворота вокруг оси поворота (15) параллельно своим осям (18), причем ось поворота и направляющие поверхности (3, 4) лежат вне линии соединения осей турбин на одной ее стороне.
