Abstract

Patent konusu buluş, rüzgar akımına dik eksende dönen silindirik veya konik rotorlarının magnus efekti ile yine aynı eksen üzerine yerleştirilmiş rüzgar türbünü kanatlarının oluşturduğu dönme momentinin artmasını sağlayan fakat aynı zamanda rüzgar türbünü kanatlarının sayesinde hariçten bir yardımcı enerjiye gerek olmadan silindirik yada konik rotorların kendi ekseninde dönmesine olanak sağlayan bir düzenektir
