Abstract

본 발명은 다리우스 풍차에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 저풍속 영역에서 스스로 기동이 가능한 수직축형 다리우스 풍차에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 제 1블레이드에 발생하는 양력에 의해 수직으로 형성된 제 1회전축을 회전시키는 다리우스 풍차에 있어서, 저풍속에서 제 1회전축의 기동 또는 회전을 보조하기 위한 기동수단을 구비한다. 본 발명에 의하면 저풍속 영역에서는 블레이드에 발생하는 항력에 의해 스스로 기동 및 회전이 가능하며, 어떠한 풍향 및 풍속에서도 회전 모멘트를 발생시킬 수 있어 풍속이 아주 낮거나 풍향의 변동이 큰 도심에서도 기동이 용이하여 광범위한 풍속 영역에서 발전이 가능하다는 장점을 제공한다.
