Abstract
Изобретение заключается в способе получения 2-ацетокси-5-(2-фтор-α-циклопропилкарбонилбензил)-4,5,6,7-тетрагидро-4Н-тиено[3,2-c]пиридина (прасугреля) формулы (I) в одной емкости путем взаимодействия 5,6,7,7а-тетрагидро-4Н-тиено[3,2-c]пиридин-2-она формулы (II) с 2-бром-1-циклопропил-2-(2-фторфенил)этаноном формулы (III) или с 2-хлор-1-циклопропил-2-(2-фторфенил)этаноном формулы (IIIa) и ацетилирования полученного соединения формулы (IV), причем реакцию выполняют в присутствии органического основания с агентом ацетилирования без выделения соединения формулы (IV). Присоединение и ацетилирование выполняют в присутствии того же органического основания, такого как триэтиламин, N,N-диизопропилэтиламин или пиридин. По завершении способа прасугрель формулы (I) очищают перекристаллизацией из органического растворителя или смеси растворителей.
