Abstract

Предложены способ и устройство для удаления твёрдых частиц и смоляного компонента из газообразного монооксида углерода. Согласно этому способу газообразный монооксид углерода из металлоплавильной печи для плавления ферросплава подают в газовый скруббер, очищают газообразный монооксид углерода в газовом скруббере жидкой средой для удаления части твёрдых частиц, перемещают газообразный монооксид углерода из газового скруббера в воздуходувное устройство, с помощью воздуходувного устройства увеличивают скорость потока газообразного монооксида углерода, подают газообразный монооксид углерода на фильтр для улавливания частиц и, по существу, отфильтровывают остающиеся твёрдые частицы из газообразного монооксида углерода на фильтре для улавливания частиц. Перед пропусканием через фильтр для улавливания частиц газообразный монооксид углерода подают в систему (4) подачи частиц, где в газообразный монооксид углерода вводят тонкодисперсные адсорбирующие частицы (А) для прилипания смоляного компонента к поверхности адсорбирующих частиц, и поток газообразного монооксида углерода, содержащий адсорбирующие частицы, подают на фильтр для улавливания частиц, при этом смоляной компонент, прилипший к адсорбирующим частицам, отделяют на фильтре для улавливания частиц.
