Abstract

Микрореактор модульной структуры для осуществления непрерывной реакции содержит расположенные вдоль продольной оси первую рамную конструкцию (100), реакционную установку (RU) и вторую рамную конструкцию (200), отличающийся тем, что указанная реакционная установка (RU) содержит систему каналов для обработки жидкости для осуществления непрерывной реакции множества исходных материалов или реагентов, втекающих в указанную реакционную установку с образованием по меньшей мере одного продукта, вытекающего из указанной реакционной установки (RU), и систему каналов жидкостного теплообмена для регулирования температурных условий в указанной системе каналов для обработки жидкости, указанные первая и вторая рамные конструкции (100, 200) выполнены в виде фланца, и указанные первая и вторая рамные конструкции прижаты друг к другу с помощью множества устройств (200) натяжения, расположенных по наружному периметру (и внутри него) указанных первой и второй рамных конструкций (100, 200), и между ними расположена указанная реакционная установка (RU).
