Abstract

Способ управления одним или более химическими реакторами (12), в котором каждый химический реактор определяет первые потоковые каналы (15) для химического реакционного процесса, расположенные в непосредственной близости ко вторым потоковым каналам (16) для теплопередачи, и каждый химический реактор обеспечен соединениями для текучих сред для получения потоков соответствующих текучих сред через первые потоковые каналы и вторые потоковые каналы; при этом способ включает в себя этапы: выключение потоков текучих сред по меньшей мере через один из первых потоковых каналов и вторых потоковых каналов; последующее изменение соединений для текучих сред и вслед за этим повторное открытие соединений для текучих сред. В химический реакционный процесс, проводимый в реакторах, никаких изменений не вносится. Изменения в соединениях для текучих сред являются предпочтительно такими, чтобы достигнуть изменения направления потока на противоположное. Это может включать в себя поворот реактора (12) на 180° или изменение расположения трубопроводов, соединенных с реактором. Это изменяет распределение термических напряжений внутри реактора и, следовательно, может повысить срок службы реактора.
