Abstract
Печь для проведения высокотемпературного процесса при окислительных условиях содержит наружную оболочку, изготавливаемую из металла, один или более каналов охлаждения, образуемых на или присоединяемых к наружной оболочке, и футеровку печи. Футеровка печи содержит защитную футеровку, содержащую слой относительно высокой теплопроводности, располагаемый примыкающим к внутренней стенке наружной оболочки, и рабочую футеровку, располагаемую с внутренней стороны слоя относительно высокой теплопроводности. Защитная футеровка может содержать графитовую футеровку или графитсодержащую футеровку. Интенсивность теплопередачи через защитную футеровку достаточно высокая для того, чтобы образовывать предохранительное охлаждение на защитной футеровке в случае, когда рабочая футеровка изнашивается.
