本发明涉及一种石墨加工设备,尤其涉及一种密封石墨提纯炉。
背景技术
在石墨生产过程中,密封石墨提纯炉是非常重要的加工设备。目前适合小批量生产的密封石墨提纯炉结构简单,成本低,但是由于保温性能的欠缺导致石墨提纯效率较低,浪费角度的电能,导致提纯石墨的成本升高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种节能、保温,提纯效率高的密封石墨提纯炉。
技术方案:为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种密封石墨提纯炉,包括调温层、保温层、加热器和顶盖,所述的调温层为桶状,保温层设置在调温层内壁,加热器设置在保温层内部,顶盖与调温层、保温层的开口配合形成密封石墨提纯炉的空腔,在所述的顶盖与调温层之间设置有保温垫片。
所述的保温垫片采用保温棉材料。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
1、顶盖与调温层之间设置有保温垫片,使保温层与保温垫片形成完整的保温结构,提高了密封石墨提纯炉的保温性能,节约了能源,提高了石墨的提纯效率;
2、保温垫片采用保温棉材料,该材料耐高温、耐火烧,稳定性高。

1.一种密封石墨提纯炉,包括调温层(1)、保温层(2)、加热器(3)和顶盖(4),所述的调温层(1)为桶状,保温层设置在调温层内壁,加热器设置在保温层内部,顶盖(4)与调温层、保温层的开口配合形成密封石墨提纯炉的空腔,其特征在于:在所述的顶盖与调温层之间设置有保温垫片(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封石墨提纯炉,其特征在于:所述的保温垫片采用保温棉材料。
