Abstract

Раскрыты пероральные композиции для доставки лекарственного средства со специфическим введением антибактериальных агентов в подвздошной кишке, слепой кишке и/или толстой кишке, без существенного введения где-либо в другом участке желудочно-кишечного тракта. Композиции включают в качестве активных средств комбинацию макролидного, или аминогликозидного, или хинолонового антибактериального средства и антиграмотрицательного липопептидного (полимиксинового) антибактериального агента или других пептидных антибактериальных средств, эффективных против грамотрицательных бактерий. Композиции можно применять для лечения инфекций или нежелательной колонизации в толстой кишке и для обеспечения эффективной деконтаминации флоры толстой кишки от нежелательных или потенциально патогенных бактерий.
