Abstract
Стабильная система для получения жидких продуктов, таких как этанол, бутанол и другие химические реагенты, из компонентов синтез-газа обеспечивает контакт СО или смеси COи Hс высокопористой стороной асимметричной мембраны в анаэробных условиях и перепускание данных компонентов для формирования контакта с микроорганизмами, удерживаемыми в биопорах мембраны. Мембранная сторона мембраны использует плотный слой для контроля гидратации биопор под действием жидкой фазы. Подаваемый газ вступает в непосредственный контакт с микроорганизмами в биопорах и доводит до максимума степень использования ими синтез-газа. Продукты метаболизма, произведенные микроорганизмами, покидают мембрану через сторону, противолежащую стороне поступающего синтез-газа. Данная система и способ устанавливают единое направление через мембрану для подачи основного источника питания к микроорганизмам и отбора продуктов, полученных в результате метаболизма. Течение исходного сырья и продуктов улучшает производительность и эксплуатационные характеристики микроорганизма и мембраны.
