Abstract
Gaz halinde bir substrat akışında hidrojen ve karbon monoksitin etanol gibi oksijenli organik bileşiklere anaerobik biyo-dönüşümünde kullanılan anaerobik, derin bir tank fermentasyon sisteminin başlatılması için prosesler sağlanmaktadır. Proseslerde, bir gaz sıvısı kullanan enjektörler, derin tank fermantasyon reaktörüne gaz substratı dahil etmek için, burada (i) bir enjektör vasıtasıyla gazın sıvı akış oranının ayarlanması, (ii) bir enjektör içinden sıvı akış hızının değiştirilmesi ve (iii) gaz beslemesindeki karbon monoksit mol fraksiyonunun, en az bir başka gazla karıştırılarak ayarlanmasını kullanır, burada karbon monoksitin reaktör içindeki sulu bir menstruumda kütle transferi, mikroorganizmanın sağlam büyümesini elde etmek üzere kontrol edilir.
