Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения липида или смеси липидов из исходного сырья, содержащего по меньшей мере один спирт и мыло или предшественник мыла, причем способ включает добавление к исходному сырью реагента, образующего ионы металла, в результате чего образуется смесь, содержащая нерастворимую и жидкую фазы; отделение нерастворимой фазы от жидкой; взаимодействие микроорганизма - продуцента липида с жидкой фазой в питательной среде, при котором клетки микроорганизма начинают продуцировать липид и накопление липидов. Данное изобретение также включает способ получения липида или смеси липидов из спиртосодержащей жидкой фазы, содержащей по меньшей мере один спирт.
