Abstract
Изобретение относится к имплантату для рефиксации большого вертела бедренной кости 9, на котором выполнена остеотомия, или который переломан. Имплантат включает пластинку 1, которая может фиксироваться на проксимальном конце бедренной кости, и приспособление 20, которое может удерживать большой вертел бедренной кости 9 с посадкой по форме или прессовой посадкой на бедренной кости 2. Это зажимное приспособление 20 предпочтительно имеет сгибаемые вилки 16, 17, находящиеся на расстоянии друг от друга, причём первая концевая часть этих вилок 16, 17 крепится к верхнему краю 37 базисной пластинки 1. Кроме того, зажимное приспособление 20 также имеет гибкие удлиненные элементы 21, 22, каждый из которых прикреплен на одном конце к свободной концевой части 19 соответствующей вилки 16, 17. Другие свободные концевые части 142 продольных элементов 21, 22 крепятся латерально на базисной пластинке 1 после того, как эти продольные элементы 21, 22 пересекают медиальную сторону большого вертела бедренной кости. Это дает в результате конструкцию стягивающей петли по меньшей мере с двумя закреплениями на основе пластинки, прочно зафиксированной на проксимальном латеральном конце бедренной кости.
