Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к системе сухого удаления и охлаждения спекшихся шлаков из мусоросжигательной установки, в основном содержащей устройство удаления-охлаждения и средство разделения окружающей среды топочной камеры от окружающей среды этого устройства. Система способна уменьшать окончательную температуру удаляемых спекшихся шлаков без превышения количества воздуха, которое может быть допущено у входа в топочную камеру мусоросжигательной установки. В случае, когда расход воздуха, необходимый для процесса охлаждения, превышает вышеуказанное количество, которое может быть допущено, система позволяет перемещать избыточный воздух в наиболее подходящую точку бойлера за топочной камерой с помощью средства контроля.
