Abstract
Настоящее изобретение представляет собой систему для переработки органических отходов с применением личинок насекомых, преимущество которой состоит в том, что она способна перерабатывать большие количества материала органических фекальных отходов. Система включает, по существу, плоские реакционные сосуды, расположенные один над другим в параллельной компоновке и образующие блоки 11 переработки. Каждый из реакционных сосудов в блоке 11 переработки имеет такие размеры и расположен таким образом, чтобы вмещать органические отходы, причем каждый реакционный сосуд имеет передний и задний края и боковые края, причем каждый реакционный сосуд отделен воздушным пространством 23 от реакционного сосуда, расположенного над ним, и блок переработки заключен в корпусе установки, имеющем боковые стенки. По меньшей мере одна из боковых стенок корпуса установки (вентиляционная стенка 38) расположена рядом с блоком переработки таким образом, что данная вентиляционная стенка является смежной с боковыми краями реакционных сосудов. Вентиляционная стенка имеет отверстия, которые открываются в воздушные пространства, и данные отверстия расположены на вентиляционных стенках таким образом, что отверстия непосредственно примыкают к воздушным пространствам. Система дополнительно включает систему циркуляции воздуха для циркуляции очищенного и пригодного воздуха через воздушные пространства путем пропускания воздуха через каждое из отверстий в вентиляционной стенке. Система также включает систему подачи для загрузки необработанных органических отходов в реакционные сосуды и систему выпуска для удаления переработанных органических отходов из реакционных сосудов.
