Abstract

Согласно предлагаемому способу отходы измельчают до частиц с размером 8 мм или меньше, причем имеющаяся в отходах тара разрывается с высвобождением содержащихся в ней органических остатков, отделяют неразлагаемые отходы и обрабатывают органические отходы, очищенные от твердых компонентов. В измельчительно-разделительном блоке согласно изобретению измельчающие шнеки (11) представляют собой шнеки с одинаковым направлением винтовой поверхности и не имеющие центрального вала, причем со стороны привода указанные шнеки снабжены короткими приводными валами (112), причем ось вращения разгрузочного шнека (151) проходит под острым углом к плоскости, определяемой осями вращения двух измельчающих шнеков (11). Блок термообработки/смешивания согласно изобретению содержит емкость термообработки, емкость смешивания и смеситель, причем емкость (31) термообработки расположена на верхней части емкости (32) смешивания, окружая ее коаксиально, и емкость (31) термообработки, и емкость (32) смешивания соединены посредством устройства быстрой разгрузки.
