Abstract
Изобретение относится к тонкому органическому синтезу, в частности к способу получения замещённых адамантиларилмагний галогенидов. Известные способы получения реагента Гриньяра из замещённых адамантиларилгалогенидов приводят к очень низким выходам желаемого продукта. Замещённые адамантиларилгалогениды являются активными промежуточными соединениями, которые при взаимодействии с различными электрофилами приводят к получению широкого ряда биологически активных соединений. Целью данного изобретения является разработка способа получения замещённых адамантиларилмагний галогенидов. Цель достигается путём добавления хлорида лития в синтез реагента Гриньяра при реакции металлического магния в сухом тетрагидрофуране под аргоном с замещённым адамантиларилгалогенидом. Добавление хлорида лития к адамантиларилгалогениду в соотношении от 1:1 до 1:2 приводит к стабильному высокому выходу требуемого конечного продукта.
