Задачей настоящего изобретения является повышение длины распыла и качества горения за счет улучшения подготовки качества топливовоздушной смеси, предварительного подогрева воздуха и подачи его к корню факела, улучшение стабилизации и повышение длины факела сжигания топлива при упрощении конструкции горелки. Поставленная задача решается тем, что поток воздуха подают по периферии потока жидкого топлива, а образованный топливовоздушный факел периферийной частью подают на разогретую внутреннюю поверхность цилиндрической обечайки, при этом вокруг факела в обратном направлении обеспечивают подачу рециркуляционных газов. Имеются и другие отличия от прототипа. Такое выполнение способа и устройства для сжигания жидкого топлива позволяет значительно упростить устройство, повысить его надежность и обеспечить качественное управление сгоранием на различных режимах и мощности. В наибольшей степени положительный эффект замечен на сжигании смесей при большой мощности, поскольку не все форсунки могут обеспечить качественное сжигание из-за активного охлаждения большими потоками свежего топлива.The invention relates to heat and power engineering and can be used in industry, road construction and heating plants to improve the quality of fuel oil combustion with a long torch of combustion in a heat engineering device, such as, for example, a flame tube of a boiler or a bitumen heater. The problem is solved by the fact that the air flow is supplied along the periphery of the liquid fuel flow, and the formed fuel-air flame is supplied with its peripheral part to the heated inner surface of the cylindrical shell, while around the flame in the opposite direction, recirculation gases are supplied. There are also other differences from the prototype. Such an implementation of the method and device for burning liquid fuel can significantly simplify the device, increase its reliability and provide high-quality combustion control at various modes and power. The most positive effect was seen on the combustion of mixtures at high power, since not all nozzles can provide high-quality combustion due to active cooling with large flows of fresh fuel.
