Abstract
Изобретение относится к верхнему строению железнодорожного пути и предназначено для прикрепления рельсов к железобетонным, полимербетонным или композитным подрельсовым основаниям, таким как шпалы, брусья, плиты, блоки, лежни и другие, и может найти применение на магистральных железнодорожных линиях, в том числе высокоскоростных, в тоннелях, метрополитенах и на подъездных железнодорожных путях промышленных предприятий. В рельсовом скреплении подрельсовая прокладка выполнена с симметричными ориентированными вдоль рельса боковыми поверхностями, каждая из которых состоит из нижней боковой наклонной поверхности, соответствующей наклонной поверхности углубления подрельсовой части основания, и верхней боковой наклонной поверхности, имеющей обратный наклон и расположенной выше уровня углубления подрельсового основания. Ширина верхней подрельсовой поверхности соответствует ширине подошвы рельса. Ширина нижней нашпальной поверхности соответствует ширине нижней поверхности углубления подрельсовой части основания. Технический результат заключается в обеспечении надежной работы рельсового скрепления и непосредственно подрельсовой прокладки, с обеспечением полного опирания подошвы рельса, уменьшением перевалки рельса из-за недостаточной опоры и исключение провала нарельсовой изолирующей прокладки при возможных износах и сдвигах элементов скрепления и рельса.The invention relates to the upper structure of the railway track and is intended for attaching rails to reinforced concrete, polymer concrete or composite railways, such as sleepers, bars, slabs, blocks, lezhny and others, and can be used on main railway lines, including high-speed, tunnels, subways and access roads of industrial enterprises. The width of the upper rail surface corresponds to the width of the rail foot. The width of the bottom nashalny surface corresponds to the width of the lower surface of the recess of the under-rail part of the base. The technical result is to ensure reliable operation of the rail fastening and the rail pads directly, ensuring full support of the rail foot, reducing the rail transshipment due to insufficient support and eliminating the failure of the narelle insulating gasket at possible wear and shifting of the fastening elements and the rail.
