Abstract

Способ получения металлорудных гранул из дисперсного материала на основе углерода, металлорудного материала и связующего на основе силиката, содержащего одно или несколько поверхностно-активных веществ, включающий следующие стадии: смешивание упомянутых материалов и связующего и агломерирование полученной таким образом смеси путем разминания для формования гранул при температуре окружающей среды. Разминание, например, во вращающемся барабане, служит для агломерирования частиц и формования гранул из смеси. Усилие механического сжатия не требуется. Способ обеспечивает простой, но эффективный процесс использования отходов материалов на основе углерода и отходов металлорудных материалов и формования полезного продукта, готового к выплавке. Вращающиеся агломерационные барабаны или чаши требуют относительно малых затрат на сооружение и могут обеспечить очень высокую производительность.
