Abstract
Способ и устройство для обработки воды, согласно которым подаваемая вода, содержащая растворенные вещества, поставляется к по меньшей мере одной поверхности обработки. Электрическое поле создается вблизи поверхности обработки для установления слоя гидратации благодаря биполярной природе молекул воды. Затем вода экстрагируется из слоя гидратации. Такая экстракция может осуществляться с помощью осмоса или путем удаления элемента (элементов) из подаваемой воды, на которых есть вода из слоя гидратации, затем вода из слоя дегидратации экстрагируется из элемента (элементов). Способ предназначен для уменьшения потребления энергии с целью получения питьевой воды из морской воды.
