Abstract
В заявке описано устройство для непрерывной дегазации продуктов реакции карбоновой кислоты или дикарбоновых кислот с полифункциональным спиртом, которое может использоваться для доведения характеристической вязкости продукта до 0,9 дл/г. Продукт на входе в реактор перед стеканием в его нижнюю часть распределяется щелевыми соплами по поверхности реакции во входной зоне, при этом предусмотренное устройство для захвата продукта обеспечивает дополнительное проактивное создание необходимой реакционно-активной поверхности продукта. Реактор состоит из нескольких реакционных зон, в каждой из которых предусмотрено по отдельному ротору, которые приводятся во вращение собственными гидроприводами, расположенными снаружи реактора. При этом для управления реакцией продукта с целью получения продукта с заданными свойствами и необходимого качества используются измеряемые параметры, характеризующие работу гидроприводов. Реактор имеет одно или несколько разгрузочных устройств для отбора продукта в зависимости от свойств, которыми он должен обладать.
