Abstract
Элемент стальной балки перекрытия, используемый для создания опоры конструкций междуэтажного перекрытия, обеспечивающий высокую прочность, удобство и повышенные акустические характеристики, имеющий стенку, образующую боковые кромки, ось и отбортовку кромки (фланец) по меньшей мере на одной боковой кромке, отверстия, проходящие через указанную стенку и расположенные на равном расстоянии друг от друга по ее длине, имеющие закругленные концы и параллельные линейные стороны, при этом части указанной стенки смещены от указанного отверстия, которое остается соединенным со стенкой как неотъемлемая часть, по линиям изгиба, образованным на линейных сторонах отверстий вдоль осей параллельных оси стенки, и образуют армирующие каналы вдоль противоположных сторон отверстия. Также описывается элемент комбинированной балки перекрытия, выполненный из двух таких элементов, соединенных вместе вплотную при совмещении их отверстий, образуя двутавровый профиль. Кроме того, в описании приведена закраина для создания опоры для комбинированных балок с целью формирования конструкции междуэтажного перекрытия. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing such an interfloor beam and the construction of a floor panel, whereby the floor panels can be pre-assembled at the enterprise, transported to the construction site and ready for installation in the building.
