Abstract
Способ получения ферроникелевого или никелевого штейна из раствора, являющегося продуктом выщелачивания и содержащего, по меньшей мере, никель, кобальт, железо и растворимые в кислоте примеси, причем способ включает следующие стадии: а) контактирование раствора (7), являющегося продуктом выщелачивания и содержащего никель, кобальт, железо и растворимые в кислоте примеси, с ионообменной смолой (8), в ходе которого смола селективно поглощает из раствора никель и железо, при этом кобальт и растворимые в кислоте примеси остаются в рафинате (9); б) десорбция никеля и железа из ионообменной смолы раствором серной кислоты с получением элюата (11), содержащего никель и железо; в) нейтрализация элюата с осаждением смеси гидроксидов никеля и железа (13); г) восстановление и плавка смеси гидроксидов никеля и железа с получением ферроникелевого (29) или никелевого штейна (24).
