Abstract

Электростатическое ускорение текучих сред и способ его работы включает в себя по меньшей мере два синхронно питаемых каскада, причем конечные или самые задние электроды одного каскада поддерживаются в принципе при том же самом мгновенном напряжении, что и непосредственно примыкающие начальные или самые передние электроды следующего каскада в направлении течения воздуха. Единственный источник питания или синхронизированные и контролируемые по фазе источники питания подают высоковольтную энергию к каждому из каскадов, так что как фаза, так и амплитуда электроэнергии, направляемой на соответствующие электроды, выровнены во времени. Контроли частоты и фазы позволяют близко располагать друг к другу соседние каскады на расстоянии в 1-2 раза больше, чем межэлектродное расстояние внутри каскада, и, в любом случае, минимизируя или избегая возникновения тока задней короны от электрода коронного разряда одного каскада к электроду соседнего каскада. Электроды коронного разряда соседних каскадов можно выравнивать горизонтально, причем дополняющие собирающие электроды всех каскадов аналогично горизонтально выравниваются между электродами коронного разряда и горизонтально смещены относительно их.
