Abstract
Сульфид карбонила (COS) из потока, содержащего COS, (106) в установке Клауса (100) превращают в элементарную серу (152, 162) в результате окисления первой части потока, содержащего COS, с получением SOи в результате гидролиза второй части потока, содержащего COS, с получением HS. В предпочтительных аспектах сущности предмета изобретения гидролиз и/или окисление COS проводят в печи-реакторе (10) в то время, как гидролиз COS проводят в печи-реакторе (10), реакторе гидролиза и/или каталитическом конвертере (120, 130, 150).
