Abstract

В изобретении предлагается система, в которой поступающий через впускную трубу материал проходит через трубку Вентури и подвергается пульверизации. Материал, когда он подвергается пульверизации, дополнительно подвергается экстракции влаги и сушке. Генератор воздушного потока, соединенный с трубкой Вентури, создает имеющий высокую скорость воздушный поток, который проталкивает материал через трубку Вентури и направляет его во впускное отверстие генератора воздушного потока. Генератор воздушного потока направляет полученный пульверизированный материал на выпуск, где затем материал может быть отделен от воздуха. Датчик акустической эмиссии принимает резонансные частоты, возбуждаемые материалом, проходящим через генератор воздушного потока. Резонансные частоты отражают скорость потока материала, которая может быть подстроена, чтобы избежать ситуации перегрузки. Автоматическая система соединена с осью вращения генератора воздушного потока для обеспечения балансировки, что повышает эффективность и исключает кавитацию.
