Abstract

Изобретение касается способа получения бутадиена из н-бутана, включающего следующие стадии:A) подготовка исходного газового потока а, содержащего н-бутан;B) подача содержащего н-бутан газового потока а, по меньшей мере, в первую зону дегидрирования и неокислительное каталитическое дегидрирование н-бутана, причем получают поток газообразных продуктов b, содержащий н-бутан, 1-бутен, 2-бутен, бутадиен, водород, низкокипящие примеси и, в случае необходимости, водяной пар;C) подача потока газообразных продуктов b неокислительного каталитического дегидрирования и содержащего кислород газа, по меньшей мере, во вторую зону дегидрирования и окислительное дегидрирование 1-бутена и 2-бутена, причем получают поток газообразных продуктов с, содержащий н-бутан, 2-бутен, бутадиен, водород, низкокипящие примеси и водяной пар, содержание бутадиена в котором выше, чем в потоке газообразных продуктов b;D) отделение водорода, низкокипящих примесей и водяного пара, причем получают поток С-газообразных продуктов а, который, в основном, состоит из н-бутана, 2-бутена и бутадиена;Е) подача потока С-газообразных продуктов d в зону перегонки и отделение смеси бутадиен/н-бутан в качестве потока целевого продукта е1, оставляя при этом поток е2, который, в основном, состоит из н-бутана и 2-бутена;F) возвращение потока е2 в первую зону дегидрирования.
