Abstract

Эдуктор для перемешивания твердых веществ и жидкостей включает сопло, начальную смесительную камеру, первый диффузор, промежуточную смесительную камеру и второй диффузор. Сопло включает полукруглый выход сопла, смещенный от расположенной по центру первой оси. Подвижный поток разгоняется через сопло на первом и втором разгоняющих сегментах. Твердые частицы добавляются к подвижному потоку в начальной смесительной камере и направляются к первому диффузору. Каждый диффузор включает разгоняющий и тормозящий сегменты, разделенные горловиной эллиптической формы. Промежуточная смесительная камера расположена между первым и вторым диффузорами. Способ перемешивания жидкостей и твердых веществ включает ввод подвижного потока в начальную смесительную камеру, создание вакуума в начальной смесительной камере для внедрения твердых веществ в подвижную жидкость, обеспечение зоны турбулентности для усиления перемешивания подвижного потока и твердых частиц и рассеивание подвижного потока для дополнительного увеличения разделения граничного потока для обеспечения перемешивания.
