Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения солей гидроксиламина путем каталитического восстановления моноксида азота водородом в разбавленном водном растворе неорганической кислоты в присутствии суспендированного катализатора на основе платины на подложке за несколько последовательных реакционных стадий. Согласно изобретению способ осуществляется в реакторе смешения, в нижней части которого установлена система ввода и распределения газа, непосредственно над ней находится дисковая мешалка, у которой вокруг втулки с опорной поверхностью или опорными кронштейнами располагаются скошенные, вогнутые и установленные наклонно лопасти мешалки, которые своими углами или вогнутыми сторонами вращаются в направлении движения, а в верхней части реактора смешения на валу мешалки установлена двухлопастная плосколопастная мешалка с отдельными лопастями в виде пластин, установленными со смещением от центра, которые при своем вращении постоянно увлажняют крышку реактора. Способ согласно изобретению имеет преимущество, заключающееся в том, что благодаря действию специального устройства смешения реакция восстановления протекает неожиданно с необычно высокой скоростью и тем самым высокая производительность достигается без увеличения объема реактора.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
