Способ включает стадии обеспечения синтетического олигонуклеотида, содержащего ампликон и промоторную последовательность, расположенную в 3'-направлении по отношению к ампликону; синтеза комплементарной РНК (кРНК) с помощью транскрипции синтетического олигонуклеотида в условиях in vitro; количественного анализа кРНК независимым методом и получения калибровочных данных с использованием известного количества кРНК.
