Abstract

Fremgangsmåten innbefatter trinnene å: fremskaffe et syntetisk oligonukleotid omfattende et amplikon, en promotersekvens beliggende 3' i forhold til amplikonet; å syntetisere komplementært RNA (cRNA) ved in vitro transkripsjon av det syntetiske oligonukleotid; å kvantitativt undersøke dette cRNA med en uavhengig metode; og å danne kalibreringsdata ved å bruke en kjent mengde av cRNA-materialet.
