Abstract

Способ кузнечной сварки концов труб, при котором концы труб нагревают до заданной температуры свыше 1200°C и окружают неокислительным и/или восстановительным защитным газом, в то время когда концы труб прижимают друг к другу, причем способ предусматривает охлаждение сваренных кузнечной сваркой концов труб от указанной температуры свыше 1200 до 600°C или ниже в течение 3 мин после операции кузнечной сварки. Отдельная внутренняя штанга 30, снабженная датчиками контроля сварного шва EMAT, катушкой для термообработки 23 и соплами 18 для подачи охлаждающей среды, может быть использована для быстрого охлаждения сваренных кузнечной сваркой концов труб 19, возможно совместно с наружным разъемным кольцом 7A, 7B, которое может также быть оборудовано средствами захвата труб, нагрева, охлаждения и/или средствами контроля сварного шва EMAT.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
