Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к выделению нового оперона tonB Pseudomonas putida. Указанные гены применимы для того, чтобы сделать клетки более чувствительными к антибиотикам, толуолу, pHBA, ароматическим соединениям, парабенам и ароматическим аминокислотам после инактивации с помощью специфичных мутантных аллелей или более толерантными к указанным соединениям после сверхэкспрессии с помощью соответствующего экспрессирующего вектора. Полученные данные имеют важное значение в области медицины и биотехнологии и биокатализа. Кроме того, представлен способ скрининга для идентификации генов толерантности к pHBA и идентифицированы особенно толерантные к pHBA штаммы. Указанные штаммы имеют важное значение для получения pHBA.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2003.04.10.
