Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способу нанесения на подложку покрытия и к структуре покрытия, наносимого методом экструзии. В соответствии с настоящим способом предлагается покрытие, которое получают из бимодальной полиэтиленовой композиции в результате проведения реакций полимеризации или сополимеризации этилена необязательно вместе с водородом и/или сомономерами, в виде многостадийной последовательности реакций полимеризации, образованной последовательными полимеризационными стадиями. Реакции полимеризации проводят в присутствии катализатора с одним активным центром, способного приводить к получению композиции, которая содержит низкомолекулярный компонент с MFR, равной 20 г/10 мин или более, и плотностью, большей плотности композиции, и высокомолекулярный компонент, причем у упомянутой композиции скорость течения расплава MFRравна 5 г/10 мин или более, а плотность равна 915-960 кг/м. Композицию экструдируют на подложку как таковую или при добавлении 10 мас.% или менее, в расчете на полную массу покрытия, ПЭНП высокого давления в результате примешивания к композиции для экструдирования или в результате совместного экструдирования.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
