Abstract
В заявке описан способ непрерывной биокаталитической конверсии водных растворов, содержащих биокаталитически конвертируемое вещество, в реакторе, содержащем одну или несколько ступеней конверсии/дегазации, которые соединены между собой параллельно или последовательно и каждая из которых содержит последовательно соединенные биореактор и дегазационную установку, при осуществлении которого на первой технологической операции, выполняемой в каждой ступени конверсии/дегазации, водный раствор, содержащий биокаталитически конвертируемое вещество, непрерывным потоком подают на вход биореактора, в котором этот раствор контактирует с биокатализатором, а на второй технологической операции биокаталитически конвертированный раствор перекачивают с выхода биореактора на вход дегазационной установки и, по крайней мере, часть дегазированного раствора, отбираемого с выхода последней дегазационной установки, подают непрерывным потоком на вход первого биореактора технологической линии. В заявке описана также и установка, предназначенная для осуществления этого способа.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
