Изобретение относится к лечению опухолей с помощью нового водорастворимого транс-платинового координационного соединения, имеющего общую структурную формулу[PtBXm(NR*)],где Х - лиганд анионного типа,m - 1 или 2,R* выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода и низших алкилов, R* может быть одинаковым или разным,В - планарная гетероциклическая кольцевая группа, включающая, по крайней мере, один атом азота в качестве составного элемента кольца и подвесную хелатную группу, и атом азота группы В, ковалентно связанный с атомом платины, в транс-положении по отношению к группе NR*.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
