Abstract
В заявке описан способ полимеризации с низкой степенью засоряемости оборудования в присутствии частиц высокой плотности и сокаталитической активаторной композиции для полимеризации олефинов, включающей шарик из сшитого полимера, обладающий удельной площадью поверхности от примерно 1 до 20 м/г, с которым связано множество некоординационных анионов, где этот полимерный носитель включает лиганды, ковалентно связанные с центральными атомами металлов или металлоидов указанных анионов, и эффективное для достижения сбалансированности заряда число катионных фрагментов. По изобретению предлагаются также каталитические композиции для полимеризации олефинов, включающие продукт взаимодействия а) упомянутого сокаталитического активатора и б) металлорганического соединения с переходным металлом, содержащего вспомогательные лиганды, по меньшей мере, один подвижный лиганд, способный отщепляться вследствие протонирования, и, по меньшей мере, один подвижный лиганд, в который для полимеризации может внедряться олефиновый мономер. В предпочтительном варианте полимерный носитель характеризуется удельной площадью поверхности ≤10 м/г и особенно приемлем для применения с высокоактивными металлорганическими каталитическими соединениями с переходным металлом.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
