Abstract
Для создания усилителя с большим коэффициентом усиления в полосе сверхвысоких частот предложено обеспечить связь схем усиления и закрыть корпус, в котором они размещены, крышкой (31). В пространстве (33) между крышкой и схемами усиления внутри корпуса выполняют волноводы (41-43), частота отсечки которых такова, что она препятствует распространению каких-либо мод, которые могли бы существовать на частотах полосы усилителя. Путем создания волноводов в этом пространстве вместо заполнения его поглотителями обеспечивается более эффективная развязка между выходом и входом во избежание паразитного повторного излучения. Отсюда следует, что можно в одном и том же устройстве осуществить усиление до 90 дБ, тогда как ранее для одного усилителя было недостижимо предельное усиление 45 дБ.
