Abstract
Аморфный, содержащий оксид бора, продукт с 80-90% BOполучают путем нагревания борной кислоты до температуры 180-220°C для дегидратации борной кислоты и образования расплавленного стекла, которое охлаждают до твердого стеклообразного продукта. Твердое стекло можно измельчить и получить продукт в виде частиц. Предпочтительно, борную кислоту нагревают до 195-205°C. Способ легко адаптируется в непрерывный способ, при котором борную кислоту непрерывно подают через нагреваемый реактор-смеситель, такой как смеситель Kneadmaster или смеситель Discotherm.
