Description
The invention relates to the field of medicine and can be used in the departments of morphology and pathological anatomy, as well as in the departments of pathological anatomy and forensic medicine for the preservation of anatomical preparations.
20.07.2016].A substance is known that is a 1-10% aqueous solution of sodium benzoate [Zenin O.K., Kalmin O.V., Brosalov V.M. Preservative for anatomical preparations. // RF patent for invention No. 2591982. Publ. 07/20/2016].
This substance has the following disadvantages: low antimicrobial activity and variable concentration of the active component. The first deficiency is a consequence of insufficient sodium benzoate content. Thus, to achieve a disinfecting effect for pathologies such as lung abscess and purulent bronchitis, the dosage should exceed 15%. The second drawback is due to the concentration of the active ingredient varying from 1 to 10%. Such fluctuations in osmoticity contribute to the destruction of tissues of preserved preparations.
Известно вещество, содержащее 30% этанола, 27% дистиллированной воды, 23% нитритной соли и 20% смеси полиэтиленгликолей - Pluriol E400 [Janczyk, P. Nitrite pickling salt as an alternative to formaldehyde for embalming in veterinary anatomy - a study based on histo- and microbiological analyses / P. Janczyk, J. Weigner, A. Luebke-Becker et al. // Annals of Anatomy. - 2011. - No. 193. - P. 71-75].A substance containing 30% ethanol, 27% distilled water, 23% nitrite salt and 20% mixture of polyethylene glycols is known - Pluriol E400 [Janczyk, P. Nitrite pickling salt as an alternative to formaldehyde for embalming in veterinary anatomy - a study based on histo- and microbiological analyzes / P. Janczyk, J. Weigner, A. Luebke-Becker et al. // Annals of Anatomy. - 2011. - No. 193. - P. 71-75].
However, this substance has a drawback - according to the authors' research, it is unsuitable for preserving corpses with a closed abdominal cavity, since in this case a change in the color and consistency of the organs is observed.
[Yuguang L., Dehui Y., Bosen L. et al. A kind of antiseptic preserving fluid for corpse, tissue and dissection and using method thereof // Patent of the PRC for the invention No. 201310119539. Publ. 15.06.2016].The closest set of essential features to the claimed invention is a substance consisting of 14-54% distilled water, 5-15% glycerin, 1-5% organic acid (acetic or propanoic), 0.5-3% sodium benzoate, 05- 3% mannitol/D-glucitol and ethanol, the volume ratio of which is 40-65%, 0.3-3% thymol, 0.5-2% glutaraldehyde, 0.1-1% sodium citrate and 0-1% essence tangerine [Yuguang L., Dehui Y., Bosen L. et al. A kind of antiseptic preserving fluid for corpse, tissue and dissection and using method thereof // Patent of the PRC for the invention No. 201310119539. Publ. 06/15/2016].
The substance chosen as a prototype has the following disadvantages: variable concentration of active components and insufficient stability of local temperature. The first disadvantage is due to the varying concentration of active components. Such fluctuations in osmoticity contribute to the destruction of tissues of preserved preparations.
The second disadvantage is due to the fact that this substance does not ensure uniform maintenance of local temperature. Based on this, it can exceed 42°C, which leads to denaturation of the proteins of the preserved drug. At the same time, the temperature can reach negative values, which can cause disruption of the histological structure of tissues.
The objective of the invention is to obtain a substance with higher preservative activity.
24°C.The technical result of the task is achieved by the fact that in a solution for the preservation of anatomical preparations containing sodium benzoate, distilled water, glycerin and sodium citrate, sodium benzoate is 15%, sodium citrate is 5%, glycerin is 5%, fungicidal agent Record is 10% and nitrite salt - 1%, and the solution must be stored at a temperature of 24°C.
Sodium benzoate has pronounced antimicrobial activity, but to achieve it the concentration must be 15%. Lower dosages are characterized by low effectiveness.
The concentration of the Record compound, in turn, is 10%. The need to use the fungicidal agent Record is dictated by the disadvantage of sodium benzoate that it lacks fungicidal activity. The selected dosage of 10% ensures maximum effectiveness in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
The choice of a 5% sodium citrate dosage is based on the experience of oncologists using a similar concentration to preserve tumor cells.
The stated 5% dosage of glycerin is the minimum required to achieve the desired effect.
1% nitrite salt is necessary to preserve the natural color of the preserved organs. This concentration has proven its effectiveness in the production of semi-finished meat products.
24°C.To avoid temperature fluctuations of the proposed solution, its storage and open display in room conditions at a temperature of 24°C are required.
