Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in animal husbandry, in particular when growing semi-coarse-wool lambs.
а.с. № 14, 1987 г.), сущностью технологии которого является то, что ягнят выращивают на заменителе овечьего молока за исключением того, что от 10,81 до 20% кулинарного жира заменяют синтетическими жирными кислотами, в том числе каприоновой (С10) в количестве 4,4-8,0%, миристиновой в количестве 6,4-8,0% и каприловой 0,01-4,0 мас.%.There is a known method of growing lambs (see USSR AS No. 1303127, MCL A23K 1/18, Bul. No. 14, 1987), the essence of the technology of which is that lambs are grown on a sheep milk substitute, except that from 10.81 to 20% of cooking oil is replaced by synthetic fatty acids, including caprionic (C10) in the amount of 4.4-8.0%, myristic in the amount of 6.4-8.0% and caprylic 0.01 -4.0 wt%.
14 - 8,69 - 14,06.As a result of such a replacement, a sheep milk substitute is obtained, which contains from 14.79 to 30.9% of fatty acids with a carbon chain up to C14: C8 - 0.44 - 5.34; C10 - 4.95 - 10.75; C14 - 8.69 - 14.06.
In addition, there is a known method of raising sheep (see USSR AS No. 1746967, MCL A01K 67/02, Bull. No. 26, 1992), the essence of which is that the formation of groups of young sheep for fattening carried out depending on the dynamics of live weight gains for the previous technological cycle, and 3 groups of young animals are formed. The feeding of the groups is carried out as follows: the 1st group - the rates are increased by 10% compared to the second, the 2nd group - the feeding rates correspond to the zootechnical standards, which is the closest technical solution in terms of the totality of features and the achieved economic effect.
However, the known solution does not take into account the physiological state of animals during the feeding period, i.e. it is not taken into account that 80-90% of the milk secreted by the mammary gland of an ewe in 12 days of lactation falls on the first 2 months.
The prototype is a method of separately sucking fat-tail lambs during the milk period (see innovative patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 30621, MC A01K 67/02, Bul. No. 12, 2015), which ensures normal growth and development of young animals not for due to additional feeding, and taking into account the physiology of the development of milk production of queens, the growth of lambs and the consumption of non-dairy feed by growing lambs.
However, this decision does not take into account the different regions of lambing of queens (winter, late winter and early spring) and the associated stall or semi-stall keeping of sheep.
The technical objective of the invention is an organized, purposeful, period-differentiated raising of lambs in order to maximize their genetic potential according to the principle of technological flow of production cycles with a certain sequence: growing lambs (at critical periods of life) from birth to 3 weeks of age in small sacmans together with queens, followed by the introduction of separate sucking technology for raising lambs from 3 weeks to 1.5 months of age with 2-fold admission to the queens every 2 hours until 12-hour watering with additional feeding with barley grains at the rate of 0.1 kg per head, and from 1.5 to 4 months of age or before weaning from the queens - with a single admission of lambs to the mothers up to 12-hour watering, keeping in large sakmans with additional feeding with barley grains (based on 0.2 kg per 2 months up to 0.4 kg per head by 4 months of age, gradually increasing the weight of the feeding as n increasing the live weight of lambs) and at noon, from 4 pm, the lambs graze with the queens in the pasture, staying with them at night.
The practice of introducing the method of separate-suckling rearing of semi-coarse-wooled lambs showed that when weaning at 4 months of age, the difference in live weight compared to peers raised in the traditional method (together with queens) was: in the group of Kazakh fat-tailed lambs with separate suckling 38 , 8 kg td = 2.70 or P> 0.99; in the separate suction method with feeding 41.6 kg td = 14.0 or P> 0.999. The results obtained indicate the positive influence of the proposed technical solution to the achievement of a sufficiently high conditioned weight by lambs up to 42-43 kg or more when weaning from queens at 4 months of age with different growth rates, which is a consequence of not only feed and genetic factors, but also an innovative separate suction growing technology.
It should be noted that the whole process associated with the introduction of the separate-sucking method of growing semi-coarse-wooled lambs, the additional costs of growing milk lambs are paid off by the high safety and growth intensity, as well as by the maximum manifestation of the potential in growing lambs, underlying the optimal compatibility of the genotype and intensive -innovative technology of growing during the dairy period.
The lamb's milk period, from birth to 4 months, coincides with a period of intense self-accelerating growth, corresponding to the potential for growth, ensuring fast growth and low feed costs per unit of gain. In addition to age, the rate of feeding affects the rate of growth in body weight. The growth of the lamb during this period, especially in the first month after birth, is critically dependent on the milkiness of the mother, since until the age of 20 days the lamb feeds only on mother's milk. In the future, the dependence of growth on the mother's milk production decreases, and the importance of the quantity and quality of other non-dairy feeds increases.
It should be noted that the early training of lambs to eat pasture grasses can significantly improve the development of the internal organs and tissues of the lamb and ensure the formation of the digestive tract and other organs of the lamb during this period. If at birth and in the first 3 weeks, digestion in
Это связано с отсутствием и недостатком ферментов, способных гидролизовать другие углеводы, кроме лактозы, а также из-за недостатка микрофлоры и фауны рубца.- 1,036294 lambs pass by the type of non-ruminant animals with a unicameral stomach, then already from the 3rd to the 8th week, i.e. from a 21-day-old lamb to a 56-day-old lamb, it has an intermediate character, and later the ruminant type of digestion, characteristic of adult animals, is established. Up to 20 days of age, the most developed part of the stomach is the abomasum, and after this period, the rumen and other proventricles grow faster, and their role in digestion increases. In addition, up to 20 days of age, lambs are not able to digest a significant amount of carbohydrates in general, and plant foods in particular. This is due to the lack and lack of enzymes capable of hydrolyzing other carbohydrates, except lactose, as well as due to the lack of microflora and fauna of the rumen.
Studies on the widespread introduction of the separate-sucking method of growing semi-coarse-wooled lambs have shown that more intensive growth is observed in lambs raised in breeding flocks (n = 554), reaching 51.6 kg by the time of weaning at 130 days of age with an average daily gain for the entire milk period 351.9 g.
(40 кг и более).Similar indicators of the growth intensity of experimental lambs were observed with a milk period of 137 days, respectively (n = 617) 47.2 kg and 312.3 g, with a milk period of 141 days, lambs reached a live weight (n = 606) 41.16 kg with with an average daily gain of 258.7 g, exceeding the standard provided for the assessment of rams at weaning by live weight at the age of 4-5 months. (40 kg or more).
