Abstract

The invention is provided for use in construction, manufacturing hollow block floors using prestressed reinforced concrete off-formwork vibroforming hollow-core slabs for construction of buildings in earthquake-prone conditions. The invention is aimed at improvement of seismic reliability of a floor, reduction of man-hours during building construction and lower construction cost. The essence of the invention consists in that the slab has voids, reinforcement bars in the form of at least two crossbars, keys on longitudinal sides of the slab and at least two cut-outs. The cut-outs are wedge-shaped tapered towards the slab end face and are made above the first or second voids from the longitudinal sides. The length of the crossbars exceeds the slab width between the longitudinal sides, and the crossbars are placed at the center of the slab height. According to the second embodiment, the slab has voids, reinforcement bars in the form of at least two crossbars, keys on longitudinal sides of the slab and at least two cut-outs. The lower portion of the longitudinal side of the slab protrudes beyond the upper portion of the longitudinal side of the slab. The cut-outs are wedge-shaped tapered towards the slab end face and are made above the first or second voids from the longitudinal sides. The length of the crossbars exceeds the slab width between the longitudinal sides, and the crossbars are placed at the center of the slab height. Key shear section falling on 100 cm of slab L is equal to at least 60% of the slab section along the void axis on the same slab length. The lower portion of the longitudinal side of the slab protrudes beyond the upper portion of the longitudinal side of the slab by distance b equal to at least 50 mm. Key cross-sections are made in the form of a truncated cone or trapezoid whose generatrix is at an angle of at least 60. The keys have a depth of at least 20 mm.
