Abstract

Предлагается система сбора и анализа данных, касающихся режима работы в реакторе с продувкой методом погружения сверху, имеющем фурму, нижний конец которой во время работы реактора должен быть погружен в жидкую ванну. Система содержит: (a) по меньшей мере два датчика, сконфигурированных для восприятия показателя режима работы и формирования сигнала воспринимаемых данных, причем датчики являются датчиками разного типа и по меньшей мере один из этих по меньшей мере двух датчиков является датчиком, связанным с фурмой; и (b) центральный процессор для получения множества сигналов воспринимаемых данных и анализа сигналов воспринимаемых данных, касающихся по меньшей мере двух показателей режима работы, чтобы определить текущее состояние режима работы.
