где О - объемная скорость крови в аорте (м3/с); 1 - длина сосуда (м);
- 1 030401
Р1 и Р2 - соответственно значение среднего артериального давления и венозного давления (Па); μ - динамический коэффициент вязкости крови (Па-с);
Κ = ^Τΐ-100%·,
() = 90,97 + 0,54 АР - 0,57 Д - 0,61Т; где АР - пульсовое давление, мм рт.ст;
Д - диастолическое давление, мм рт.ст.;
где тс и тч - соответственно время систолы и диастолы, с; тц - время сердечного цикла, с;
Рс и Рч - соответственно систолическое и диастолическое давление, мм рт.ст.;
77=^Р,-Р,

The invention relates to medicine, to the diagnosis of the vascular state of the cardiovascular system, in particular to the degree of their failure, and can be used in prophylactic diagnosis of the health of the population.
It is known (1) that vascular insufficiency is a pathological condition of the tissues of an organ or part of the body due to hypoxia resulting from impaired blood flow or outflow, and which can be caused by heart failure and vascular insufficiency both together and separately. The cause of vascular insufficiency is a decrease in vessel patency. Obstruction of a vessel is the complete (occlusion) or partial absence of the internal space (living cross-section) of this vessel, which violates its carrying capacity. Obstruction of the vessel can be caused by various reasons: a dense formation in the channel of the vessel - a thrombus, or a gradual narrowing of the arterial lumen due to the formation and growth of deposits on its inner walls. Violations of vascular permeability in most cases characteristic of the vessels of the lower extremities. Diagnosis of such disorders, as a rule, is determined symptomatically and visually on the basis of data obtained as a result of a detailed study of the patient’s general medical history and on the basis of medical examination data. In the overwhelming majority of cases, the diagnosis does not cause any particular difficulties. However, to make a diagnosis in some particular cases (for example, when a thrombosis occurred in the pulmonary artery), and these symptoms occur when the process of vessel obstruction has already developed, rather complex diagnostic measures are required and their untimely consequences can lead to unpredictable consequences.
It is known (2) that the most accurate procedure, which makes it possible to make an almost necessary diagnosis, is the so-called contrast venography (or arteriography). A special chemical substance is introduced into the blood vessels, which acts as a dye, after which a radiography of a specific part of the patient's body is performed. This procedure does allow for a very accurate diagnosis, but it belongs to the category of so-called invasive diagnostic procedures, i.e. requires penetration through the body’s natural external barriers. But this diagnostic method is not safe and may not be applicable to all patients. Known (3) method for the diagnosis of blood vessels in duplex scanning mode (USDG), which is currently the most new and popular research in the diagnosis of vascular lesions. The duplex scanning method (sometimes called triplex mode) combines ultrasound imaging of the vessel wall and lumen in black and white mode, flow color coding (CDC) and spectral Doppler analysis. This method allows you to diagnose a violation of vascular patency in large arterial and venous vessels. However, it is not able to show or determine the patency of the blood flow along the entire length of the vessels, including deep capillary, for a number of objective reasons. One of which is determined by the zone of inaccuracy of the sensors used in the study, in particular the impossibility of determining the living section of billions of capillaries. So, for example, the echocardiography method allows to recognize the listed parameters or only that component (vector) of the stream, at which the ultrasound beam is parallel to the blood flow, or if the deviation angle does not exceed 20 °. Consequently, in most of the vessels of the vascular system it is impossible to install an ultrasonic sensor in which the angle between the direction of the beam and the flow would be less than 20 °. Another significant disadvantage of this method (with its high accuracy) is a large level of artifacts arising in the process of measurements due to the sensitivity of the signal to the mechanical displacements of the probe and the frequency of the ultrasonic signal. Especially this occurred during the examination of patients with increased motor activity, seizures. In such cases it is generally impossible to investigate the state of the system as a whole.
According to medical statistics, the number of hidden currents of the disease in case of violations of the flow of blood is usually several times higher than the number of obvious forms. But pathology is not always the result of hidden forms of the disease. Very often, during the examination, it is not possible to find the cause of the development of a pulmonary artery blockage in a patient, and all this is due to the lack of necessary diagnostics. In connection with the above, the inventors propose to introduce a complex parameter for assessing the functional state of the vessels of the cardiovascular system, which could a priori establish the origin of vascular insufficiency.
The objective of the invention is to create a comprehensive diagnostic parameter characterizing the degree of patency of the vessels of the cardiovascular system.
The essence of the invention consists in the method of diagnosing the functional state of the vessels of the cardiovascular system, which consists in determining the volumetric rate O of blood in the aorta, measuring the pressure drop and the dynamic viscosity of the blood, calculating the coefficient of patency of the vessels by the formula
where O is the volumetric rate of blood in the aorta (m 3 / s); 1 - vessel length (m);
- 1 030401
P 1 and P 2 - respectively, the value of mean arterial pressure and venous pressure (Pa); μ is the dynamic coefficient of blood viscosity (Pa-s);
α is the coefficient of conformity determined experimentally (which allows, in the normal state of vessels, to use the units of measurement included in the formula from various measurement systems). Then find the difference between the current maneuverability and maneuverability in the norm and determine the complex coefficient K of the state of the vascular system by the formula
Κ = ^ Τΐ-100 % ·,
where P n ; P T - the normal and current value of the vessel's permeability, cm / h, the value of which determines the degree of insufficiency of the vessel: normally, mild, moderate or severe.
Analysis of the prior art in this area has shown that with all the numerous methods and methods for diagnosing the state of the vessels of the cardiovascular system, methods similar to the claimed invention have not been found.
The parameters used to obtain a comprehensive diagnostic indicator K - the ratio of the degree of vascular patency, are known or quite accessible for use.
The value of the volumetric rate of O in the aorta can be obtained either by ultrasound examination or by known computational methods, for example, using the Starr formula (4)
() = 90.97 + 0.54 AP - 0.57 D - 0.61T; where AR is the pulse pressure, mm Hg;
D - diastolic pressure, mm Hg;
T - age, in years.
The method is as follows.
Determined by laboratory by dynamic blood viscosity. Measure systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
According to the formula
where t with and t h - respectively, the time of systole and diastole, s; t C - time of the cardiac cycle, s;
P with and P h - respectively, systolic and diastolic pressure, mm Hg;
find the average value of P cf blood pressure. One of the ways to determine the volumetric rate of blood flow.
According to the formula
77 = ^ P, -P,
calculate the current coefficient of permeability of the vessel. Compare it with the value of the patency of the vessel in the norm and according to the formula
K =
P n
calculate the coefficient K - a complex coefficient of the state of the vessels of the cardiovascular system. Moreover, for values of K, equal to 0%; 28-57%; 58-71% and> 71%, respectively, diagnose the state of the system: OK; easy; moderate and severe.
The positive effect of the claimed invention consists in the early detection of preclinical forms of vascular insufficiency. The technical effect of the claimed invention may be the use of this method as an application to known devices (ultrasound, Flowmeter) program developed on the basis of the method.
