Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la cardiologie si este destinata aprecierii starii functionale a sistemului cardiovascular uman. Conform inventiei, metoda consta in aceea ca se efectueaza fotopletismografia cu inregistrarea cardiointervalelor, unde fiecare cardiointerval este format dintr-un ciclu de inspiratie-expiratie adanca, se compara amplitudinile consecvente ale fotopletismogramelor si in dependenta de semnul diferentei amplitudinilor: negativ la inspiratie si pozitiv la expiratie, cardiointervalele se divizeaza in cardiointervale la inspiratie si cardiointervale la expiratie, din valorile cardiointervalelor la inspiratie se determina valoarea minima, iar din valorile cardiointervalelor la expiratie - valoarea maxima, apoi se calculeaza valoarea aritmiei cardiace respiratorii pe minut, dupa care se apreciaza starea functionala a sistemului cardiovascular.The invention relates to medicine, especially to cardiology and is intended to assess the functional status of the human cardiovascular system. According to the invention, the method consists in that the photopletismography is performed with the recording of the cardiointervals, where each cardiointerval is composed of a deep inspiration-expiration cycle, comparing the consistent amplitudes of the photopletismograms and depending on the sign of the amplitude difference: negative to inspiration and positive to expiration, the cardiointervals are divided into cardiointervals at inspiration and cardiointervals at expiration, from the values of the cardiointervals at inspiration, the minimum value is determined, and from the values of the cardiointervals at expiration - the maximum value, then the value of respiratory cardiac arrhythmia is calculated per minute, after which the function is evaluated of the cardiovascular system.
