Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiology and is designed to estimate the functional state of the human cardiovascular system.According to the invention, the method consists in that it is carried out the photopletismography with the registration of cardiointervals, where each cardiointerval consists of one cycle of deep inspiration-expiration, there are compared the consecutive amplitudes of photopletismograms and depending on the amplitude difference sign: negative at inspiration and positive at expiration, the cardiointervals are divided into cardiointervals at inspiration and cardiointervals at expiration, from the values of cardiointervals at inspiration is determined the minimum value and from the values of cardiointervals at expiration is determined the maximum value, then it is calculated the respiratory cardiac arrhythmia value per minute, afterwards it is estimated the functional state of the cardiovascular system.
