Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la cardiologie şi este destinată aprecierii stării funcţionale a sistemului cardiovascular uman.Conform invenţiei, metoda constă în aceea că se efectuează fotopletismografia cu înregistrarea cardiointervalelor, unde fiecare cardiointerval este format dintr-un ciclu de inspiraţie-expiraţie adâncă, se compară amplitudinile consecvente ale fotopletismogramelor şi în dependenţă de semnul diferenţei amplitudinilor: negativ la inspiraţie şi pozitiv la expiraţie, cardiointervalele se divizează în cardiointervale la inspiraţie şi cardiointervale la expiraţie, din valorile cardiointervalelor la inspiraţie se determină valoarea minimă, iar din valorile cardiointervalelor la expiraţie - valoarea maximă, apoi se calculează valoarea aritmiei cardiace respiratorii pe minut, după care se apreciază starea funcţională a sistemului cardiovascular.
