Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности, к диагностике функционального состояния системы кровообращения при сердечно-сосудистых и других заболеваниях, а также применяется в реаниматологии, акушерстве, педиатрии, травматологии, физиологии и может быть использовано в клинической практике и в экспериментальных исследованиях. Задачей изобретения является создание простого, неинвазивного способа диагностики состояния системы кровообращения, отличающегося высокой точностью определения показателей. Согласно данному способу осуществляют регистрацию объемной компрессионной осциллограммы в диапазоне частот от 0 до 50 Гц и ее анализ с раздельным определением пульсации и диастолического давления в артериолах, метартериолах, концевых артериях. Определяют диастолическое и средне-динамическое артериальное давление в магистральной артерии с последующим определением систолического артериального давления и коэффициента деформации магистральной артерии по осцилляциям на участке осциллограммы от точки диастолического артериального давления до точки средне-динамического артериального давления. Данный способ значительно расширяет возможности диагностики состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы, включая определение периферического сопротивления сосудов внутренних органов и делает более комфортным мониторирование артериального давления.The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to the diagnosis of the functional state of the circulatory system in cardiovascular and other diseases, as well as used in resuscitation, obstetrics, pediatrics, traumatology, physiology and can be used in clinical practice and in experimental studies. Diastolic and medium dynamic arterial pressure in the main artery is determined, followed by determination of the systolic arterial pressure and deformation coefficient of the main artery from oscillations in the section of the oscillogram from the point of diastolic arterial pressure to the point of average dynamic arterial pressure. This method greatly expands the possibilities of diagnosing the state of the cardiovascular system, including determining the peripheral resistance of the vessels of internal organs and makes monitoring of arterial pressure more comfortable.
